Customers who have purchased tickets to the show will receive a refund through the channel used to purchase their tickets. Refund details are as follows:
1. Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within approximately two billing cycles. No action is required from the purchaser.
2. Other payment methods: All purchasers are required to submit a refund request between 29 August 2026 and 31 October 2026 during regular business hours.
- Tickets purchased at an outlet: Please return your ticket to any of the 11 main ThaiTicketMajor branches during regular operating hours. You will be required to provide your full name, telephone number, bank name, account name, and account number. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 15 business days.
- Tickets purchased via the website: Please submit a refund request through thaiticketmajor.com and complete the required refund information.
