We regret to announce that Creamfields Asia 2025 will not be taking place, due to challenges that prevent us from delivering the  experience our fans deserve. This was a difficult decision, and we want to sincerely thank everyone who supported the event, as well as the incredible artists who were set to perform.

 

All ticket holders will receive a full refund via their original payment method.

• For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed within 60 working days.

• For bank transfer, cash, or counter sales, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

 

Ticket holders who purchased via bank transfer, cash, or counter sales may contact cs@thaiticketmajor.com or visit any of the 11 main ThaiTicketMajor outlets from 21 November 2025 onwards.
